Mobile Push Notifications
Alerts on the Go
Supported by All Devices
A push notification is a message that pops up on a mobile device. App publishers can send them at any time; users don’t have to be in the app or using their devices to receive them. With Genasys mobile app you can deliver rich media, documents, links, map of the event, conference call information and other important information – anywhere in the world. Push notifications look like SMS text messages and mobile alerts, but they only reach users who have installed your app.
Push notifications are small, quick and work anywhere in the world, even if you are connected to WiFi. Recipients can download and install free Genasys app which will deliver the notifications through Google GCN or Apple APNS anywhere as long as phones have either cell or WiFi connectivity. By leveraging Genasys apps you can also collect information back such as responses to alerts, location, panic button initiations, field reports, rich media – and other information from the field.
